I think this is an important read for both payers and providers … and does a nice job of outlining going forward considerations and challenges. In essence much of healthcare delivery will no longer be directly tied to geography and increasingly tied to relationships and loyalty based on consumer preference. Not to get over hyped about it but current health systems are the malls, and the world has just begun using Amazon Prime. Our work at Nascate has been based on building a platform to support value driven by relationships rather than just geography and current utilization patterns. We are providing solutions to some big questions starting with attribution, transitioning to Network curation and management, and evolving into micro-targeting interventions, all based on behaviors and relationships.
Results to date have been good … but as the crisis becomes an ongoing disruption, and existing solutions fail, our platform will, we hope, provide answers to the needs that emerge.
